General Contracting
As an experienced general contracting firm with decades of experience building in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, we have solid relationships with architects, subcontractors and vendors throughout the state and beyond. When we take on a general contracting project, we consider it a fundamental part of our role to manage every aspect of the building project. Whether we are doing a design-build for a new home, an addition or a remodeling project, we are always thinking about how to mitigate risks, ensure the safety of everyone on-site and complete the project on time and on budget.
Leave the logistics to us!
We oversee every aspect of the process, from hiring subcontractors and ordering materials to monitoring the budget and timeline. Details matter—and that's where we excel. We also pride ourselves in maintaining excellent communication with our clients, letting them know how the project is progressing at every step of the way.
Whether you want to build a new home, a ski lodge or an office building, we commit to managing the process on time, on budget and with no surprises.
Scott was the Construction Manager for six ski vacation homes that I designed in Wilmington, VT. Five of these were slopeside at The Hermitage, a private ski area in Wilmington, and the other was at Cold Brook Crossing, a ski/vacation home development with great views of Haystack Mountain (The Hermitage) and Mount Snow. These were high end projects and as such were demanding in terms of complexity and expectation for finish quality. Scott was great to work with. He communicates well, pays attention to detail, offers suggestions in a useful and practical way, and is an excellent construction manager. Scott knows all the trades people in the Valley, their strengths and weaknesses, and knows how to get the best results from everybody. The projects were completed on time and on budget, and I would recommend Scott highly to anyone.
